June blocks....

are just  about done.......just a finishing off a few bits.  Hopingto post a picture over the next few days!

I am really enjoying seeing everyone's finishes and it is always very inspiring to see the pictures filter through.

I am also enjoying doing this SAL, but  I have to say that the pressure is on, trying to get them done in time each month as there has been so many blocks to do along with the pre planning of colurs etc etc.

As you say we are all so busy, but I have to say for me, i spend any free time with needle and thread.  In fact I spend many of my lunch breaks escaping the office to go and stitch get my blocks done, so I can assure you, i havent given up, just trying to keep up. !!

July however may take a little longer  so I think I will struggle to get that one done in time, so feel I might  be running a little behind on that one.

Re blogging and comments, when I do get some free time, I do try and leave comments here and there.(that is when im not stitching) heheh!

Looking forward to seeing so many different quilts at the end. They all look so good thus far!

July's section does seem a little daunting as I look at it, I hope I'll be able to keep up though. I plan to sew the squares together and then follow the suggestions in the book. I usually copy the applique sheet so I can cut out the pieces without harming the book.
Good luck.
